Ridges and valleys found by the strongest curvature.
Controls
- scale
- The thickness of line the effect goes looking for. A hair is found low on the scale, a branch high, and never both at once
- kind
- What counts as a line: light on dark, dark on light, or both. On veins and cracks half the responses are the wrong sign
- threshold
- How pronounced a ridge has to be to be drawn. Raise it and only the strongest ones stay
- thickness
- A number from 1 to 4 pixels, 1 by default.
- contrast
- A number from -1 to 1, 0 by default.
- invert
- On or off, off by default.
- ink
- A colour, #ffffff by default.
- paper
- A colour, #000000 by default.
