Warp and weft interlaced — the cloth, not a pattern of it.
Controls
- cell
- Width of one thread in source pixels. Everything under a crossing takes the colour of the thread on top
- weave
- Plain crosses over and under every thread; twill skips, which is what makes the diagonal; basket takes threads in pairs
- slack
- How loosely the cloth is woven. Higher opens the gaps between threads and the ground shows through
- shade
- How much the threads that pass underneath are darkened, which is what makes the weave read as over and under
- slub
- How uneven the yarn is. Real yarn thickens and thins along its length; at zero it is machine-perfect
- ground
- A colour, #141414 by default.
- contrast
- A number from -1 to 1, 0 by default.
