Halftone
A print screen: the dot grows with tone, on a rotated grid.
Controls
- cell
- Screen pitch: the size of one dot cell. Small reads as tone, large as a pattern of dots
- angle
- Turns the screen. At 45° the rows of dots are hardest to notice; near 0° they line up and read as stripes
- shape
- What one screen element is. Lines keep growing after round dots have already met their neighbours, so shadows go darker
- contrast
- A number from -1 to 1, 0 by default.
- invert
- On or off, off by default.
- ink
- A colour, #ffffff by default.
- paper
- A colour, #000000 by default.
