Geometry
Isometric
Isometric blocks whose height comes from tone.
Controls
- cell
- Side of one cell in source pixels — how large a single block is
- height
- How high the lightest column rises. At zero the relief lies flat as a mosaic of diamonds, which is a view of its own
- left shade
- How much the left face is darkened. The difference between the two side faces, not the geometry, is what the eye reads as volume
- right shade
- How much the right face is darkened. Lighter than the left by default, as if the light came from the upper right
- invert
- Which end of the tonal scale stands tall: the light parts or the dark ones
- background
- A colour, #000000 by default.
- contrast
- A number from -1 to 1, 0 by default.
